Joy Refined Organics offers courier delivery services to residential addresses and office locations in South Africa.
Process:
Upon placing your order and receiving payment, you'll receive a confirmation email. Subsequently, once your order is packed and ready to ship, you'll receive another email containing tracking information for your convenience.
Delivery Times:
Delivery within 3 to 6 working days, depending on where you are based. Please note that deliveries are scheduled during the working week (Monday to Friday), and we do not deliver on weekends. Ensure that someone is available to receive your order at the specified address.
Costs:
South Africa: R95 - Orders over R500 enjoy free shipping.
Can I Change My Delivery Address After Placing an Order?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed and the delivery address is provided during checkout, it cannot be changed. If you encounter any issues with the address, please contact info@joyrefinedorganics.com, promptly, ensuring to include the order number.
